It has soft plastic, metallic look blades on a cloth glove base with faux leather and rivet details on the back.  Features adjustable finger and wrist straps and fingers with movable joints.
 
Littlest Costume Shop Review: I use one of these for my Freddy Krueger Hire Costume.  Easy to put on and looks very effective.  The soft plastic 'blades' feel safe (I tried another type and although plastic, they're actually sharp!)
